- Open My Account
- Select My Orders
- Choose the relevant order
- Click Track Order
Please note that courier tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to begin showing shipment movement. Courier scan updates may occasionally be delayed.

Order Confirmed
We have successfully received your order.
Processing
Your order is being verified, checked, and carefully packed.
Shipped
Your parcel has been handed over to our courier partner.
Out for Delivery
The courier is expected to deliver your order today.
Delivered
The courier has marked your parcel as successfully delivered.
Delivery Attempted
The courier was unable to complete the delivery and may attempt delivery again or contact you for assistance.
Returned to Origin
The parcel is being returned to Laadmahal after unsuccessful delivery attempts.
