1. ELIGIBILITY

To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

  • Handcrafted, embroidered, woven, hand-dyed, or hand-block printed products may naturally contain slight variations.

  • Product measurements may have small manufacturing tolerances.

These natural variations do not apply where a product is materially different from its description.

Customers are encouraged to review the product description and size guide before placing an order.

4. PRICES, TAXES & CHARGES

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Any applicable delivery or service charges are displayed before checkout.

Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹500 (after discounts).

  • Orders of ₹500 or below are charged applicable shipping fees shown during checkout.

  • No additional Cash on Delivery (COD) charges apply.

Prices and promotional offers may change at any time without affecting already accepted orders unless a genuine pricing error has occurred.

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase.

An automated order confirmation only confirms receipt of your order.

Your order is accepted when:

  • It is dispatched, or

  • We send a separate order acceptance confirmation.

Before acceptance, we may reject or cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or product description errors

  • Payment verification failure

  • Delivery verification issues

  • Suspected fraud

Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Never share your OTP, Card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, or Password with anyone claiming to represent Laadmahal.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines, shipping charges, tracking information, failed deliveries, and related information are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Risk of accidental loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery, subject to applicable law.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy form an integral part of these Terms.

  • Coupons cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Coupons have no cash value.

  • Partial returns may affect eligibility for order-level discounts.

Promotions affected by fraud, technical issues, or unlawful activity may be cancelled.

Store Credit will only be issued with your consent and will never replace a refund where you are legally entitled to one.

10. REVIEWS & USER CONTENT

Reviews, photographs, comments, and other content submitted by customers must:

  • Be genuine.

  • Be lawful.

  • Be relevant.

  • Not infringe another person's rights.

You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant Appintel Tech LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use such content for operating and promoting Laadmahal.

We reserve the right to remove fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
